Kent Cricket Club Online Shop Terms and Conditions
The following points of reference only relate to the Online Shop and no other transactions or financial association with Kent County Cricket Club.
Our Contract
After placing an order to purchase a product from the Online Shop an email will be sent confirming receipt of your order and the details of the order. This email represents us accepting your offer to purchase a product our Online Shop.
Returns
On receipt of goods, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods unused within 7 days for a full refund. We regret that carriage is not refundable. Any new goods which are deemed faulty on receipt will be exchanged or refunded. If we have supplied you with the correct goods but you wish to exchange any items we will be happy to do so. Refunds are not given for tickets – instead you will be offered a ticket(s) for another game in the same competition that you have bought tickets for.
Customs
When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to important duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination and any such charge must be borne by the purchaser. Additionally, we have no control over the policy of opening and inspection by customs authorities on cross-border deliveries.
